I know I already posted this in my earlier journal entry but I want to explain the situation more. My good friend, Mandi, is a 100% disabled Navy veteran. Her and I were stationed together in Monterey, CA and were roommates. She's out of the Navy now and her service dog, Pogo, tore her ACL and needs surgery. Since Mandi is on a fixed-income, she can't afford to pay for her puppy's surgery without help. The surgery costs $3500 but she only has $240 raised so far.
